we were on the bus to the river, I was all strapped into my helmet and life jacket, and then the guide started giving the safety talk
All about undercut rocks and drowning potential and how hard you have to work to stay in the boat
And I had a panic attack :?
So I rode the bus back to their campground, found a nice bench, and slept pretty much the full four hours the rest of the group was out...
